Senior Adviser to the KRG Prime Minister 2002-2009.
Deputy Minister of Health and Social Affairs in KRG 1996-2001.

Ali Sindi, a medical doctor and specialized surgeon also holds master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University and diploma in administration and leadership from Yale University.
